Just want to know if you started exercising after the 3rd week on the program.
Tomorrow would be my 7th week, I started to moderately exercise again. Last week I lost 4.8, the one before was only 0.6, but it was TOM.
The problem is that this week I still did not lose anything and I feel so down
, I mean, maybe by tomorrow, I would have lost something, but I am scared that I will get stuck, so scared cause I don't really do well while on a plateau, I become very irritated.
Please share your experience and let me know.
