I use the EAS drinks (can get at walmart 4 pack or Sams Club in a bigger case if you have one) and a lot of the Health Smart and a few of the Proti Diet products from Nashua Nutrition. You can order those online. Just make sure you look at the ingredients. If Aspertame is in them DON'T get it. Look for the products that have Sucralose instead. Also watch the carb count for them. Anything over 9 (I think) would be considered restricted (only used 1 time per day). I also watch the sugar. I think 2-3 grams is ok but over 4 would probably be a higher carb (restricted) anyway. As far as the supplements go check the alternative thread. I am lucky that my coach lets me use alternative and still use the IP supplements. I personaly have not found any alternatives that are close enough that I feel comfortable using them. I think if I looked harder tho I would find some. Right now I am ok with using IP and I know I am getting what I should be each day.
I think there is a thread on the phases on here somewhere. If you can't find it have your friend give you a copy of their phase 1 sheet to go off of and you should be able to do the alternative on yor own with the vast wealth of knowledge on this sight. A lot of the people on here could start their own clinic and be exceptional coaches IMO!!
If you follow the program to a T you will be amazed! I am assuming you are a guy (Daryl)? Sorry if not. Men usualy loose way better than women anyway on this program. Good luck on your journey
