Looking online tonight at the Myaplex carb control protein bars. They state there are only 2 grams of "impact carbs" but total carbs are 25. I saw a similar listing of carbs on some Atkins bars I was looking at. What does that mean?
I think that it is the total carbs minus the fiber, sugar alcohols, and a few other non-insulin spiking categories of carbs (i.e. doesn't effect blood sugar). Since IP only looks at total carbs, I think, I am not sure how that information would play into the equation.
