Is this an okay combo...considered op?

Love to have an afternoon iced coffee and have found that if I drink it down just a bit and add a whole rtd vanilla IP shake, it is like a yummy mocha milkshake (ok, a little stretch, but it is really delish).
I follow with extra water to compensate for the coffee.

I also use the rtd vanilla in morning coffee, as a "creamer". I think I'd do that anytime instead of using a diary product.

thoughts?

I don't see what would be wrong with that as long as you are counting the rtd as one of your "packets" for the day. I have one iced coffee each day as well to help get me over that afternoon snack desire.

I have read a couple of times about coffee and drinking water. I don't know anything about this ..are we supposed to drink more water if we are drinking coffee?

Yum...I do the same thing with my regular coffee but usually for breakfast and usually chocolate, ok so not the same thing lol...its yummy with the cappuccino drink mix as well. I drink more coffee then I should some days but I drink plenty of water to compensate.

From what I understand, you're allowed two cups of coffee a day and anything over that you have to have an additional 8oz of water for every cup of coffee beyond the two.

I believe you need to drink one ounce of water for every ounce of coffee you consume. If you have 24 ounces of coffee, you will need 24 ounces more (on top of your minimum 64), assuming its caffeinated coffee.
