I must admit I have...in moderation, as they are higher in fat by alot. But, that said, they are very satisfying and can avert a cheat if you need a sweet treat. Hasn't stopped losses but I do suspect I would be losing more each week if I didn't stretch the boundaries! It is ok for me tho, I know everyone won't agree, but in my personal case it can be the difference between success and failure.
