I had to rush to get prepared for a 2 1/2hr work meeting so didn't have time to eat my lunch salad. I had my chicken soup and 1/2 an apple
. It sounds crazy that I feel bad by cheating with an apple (such a good product!). But I know it's not allowed for IP.
Would you recommend I cut back on my pack #3 for the evening? or just keep following the program as described for the rest of the day?
