The week before I generally don't lose anything - sometimes I gain- but not because I'm not OP. Generally, it's a relief when TOM starts because I lose about 4 pounds (2 for the week before and 2 for that week).
I always gain weight just before and during my periods. It helps when I reduce my sugar and salt intake, and drink lots of water. It doesnt help with the weight gain tho (that's inevitable for me), but it does ease the bloating and discomfort I feel.
