I like to bring the cut up veggies in a cooler, with some WF dip or just sea salt. It's a little awkward to use the dip, but if you're highway driving, it's workable.
You can also use the bars.
I will pack my food in a cooler and pull over if I need to mix a shake, or use the RTD instead.
When you get where you are going try and have a pre planned snack, you know you'll want one!
