RV Road trip and vacation snack ideas??
 

Hello everyone,
I am preparing and planning what to bring on an upcoming road trip with my hubby and we will be spending most of our time in an RV as we travel. What are some IP friendly snacks? What has worked for you?
I am buying enough IP packets to last me for the trip along with all my regular IP foods such as salads, veggies and meats...but, I am looking for some IP/low carb/low sugar alternatives that even my hubby can enjoy! Since he is only doing an alternate plan, and eating what I eat for dinner, he has already lost 13 lbs. in 3 weeks! He wants to keep losing!
(Unfortunately, he has discovered my restricted crunchy peanut bars and the lemon poppy seed ones too and LOVES them so I am buying a few extras for him!)
