I'd love to but I don't have enough will power. It's strange coming from someone who can give up pizza and coke and cookies and cheese that they have no will power but I just can't do it. I had to have my husband hide the scale a couple years ago when I was losing weight because I am a crazy lady. I am scared to do that now for some reason. I also let it rule my whole day even if I am barely up. Up is up right? And I'm sure everyone can totally see that .4 that I "gained" back.
I have been going every couple of days and that's working ok. I have also had great scale days so that may be the difference too. When I'm losing I have an easier time staying off but when I'm gaining I have to keep doing it to make sure it's gone. See.....crazy! Good luck to all of you. I hope to be able to join you soon.
