Just found this web-site yesterday ... have been on IP for 6 weeks now - down 25 pounds. Needed something to add a little creativity to this diet and wanted to thank everyone for sharing recipes and tips. Spent hours looking last night and have so many new things to try now. THANKS!

What do you mix with the IP packet? Water? Milk?

As I understand it, always water.... you can add sweetener like liquid stevia or spice to it, but nothing caloric.

Apologies if this is a duplicate...I could not find the Phase 3 breakfast worksheet on the forum/stickies, so I am posting the one that I used. It really helped me...

Thanks for posting this. I start Phase 3 next week. It will be a big help in getting started. I got too used to eating such a restricted diet, it will be hard to make all these choices for one meal!

I don't know where to buy the products for the ideal diet for cheaper than getting a subscription. I am young and can't afford it. Is there any cheaper way to buy them?

Check the alternative threads. Not everyone uses Ideal Protein food, there are lots of options for products to use and still follow the protocol.
