Ok, so this newbie really took a nose dive Sunday.
Had the best intentions and plans. started feeling tired around noon. Had a drink for lunch and breakfast but couldn't seem to eat veggies. By 2pm I was sick to my stomach -- this happens every time I drink water - so splenda didn't work. I didn't have any soda in the house and I ended up eating regular food because I was starving by this point. It also happens when I take vitamins -- couldn't even take pre-natal because I was so sick on them.
Thinking maybe take this week to work on my own to reduce/cut carbs and work on my addiction to diet coke and have a fresh start next Monday.
Unless....anybody has any other great ideas. I'm trying not to waste packets if i'm not following protocol exactly (too expensive).
Today all I've had is 1 diet coke and i feel fine. God my body must be a toxic dump if it can't handle good food but is content with diet coke.
