Default First Weigh-in - nice loss!
Just wanted to crow about my first weigh in -- 7.5 lbs on the first week! I think it might be slightly more, because I've already had about a gallon of water today and eaten breakfast and a restricted.

That's on top of the 10 lbs I lost before going on IP.

I'm so excited to keep going.

That's wonderful - about the same as I lost. I'm looking forward to my second weigh in tomorrow although a little nervous because I just still can't believe the first one so I am afraid I'll stay the same to even it out.

If I go to my original goal, I wanted to lose about 87 lbs. With my 17 lb loss, I now have 70 more lbs. I'm hoping I'll be close enough to goal to be able to go out for a nice dinner for my birthday in mid-November.
