Question Vegan soy cheese?

Anyone know if we can have vegan soy cheese? I know we can have soy veggie burgers..but just wondering if we can have vegan soy cheese if its like one of those thin single slices? I personally dont like cheese at all but i know the vegan cheese slice on top of a burger patty with some sugar free ketchup tastes like a cheeseburger!!...So is it allowed on phase 1? If so..what would it be counted as???

My coach said that vegan "Veggie Shreds" were okay in small amounts, so I assume the slices are okay, too. Depends on what your coach says, I think!

I can't find the veggie shreds either. I've looked at 5 different stores. Whole Foods had a different brand but it had carbs so I passed on it. Where would I look in the grocery store? -by cheese or veggies?

I did have a slice of veggie cheese last night. 2.5 g fat and <1 carb. I didn't have restricted so I hope it was ok.
