So I think I've read about hairloss and using Omega 3's to help with it. RIGHT?

I'm a little concerned that I've lost some eyelashes.....ACK!

Please help? I'm sure it's temporary and it won't make me stop this diet but if something helps with hairloss, well eyelashes are hair right?

I don't know about the fish oil for hair loss. If that works, then great! I'd like to mention that a few people I know have used Revitalash and it has given them great results. It can be found cheaper than at the stores on Amazon. Just a thought.

I had major hair loss---to the point where I thought I might be going bald, I did increase Omegas and also used Biotin. It did finally stop after a while. Still not sure if it was the supplements or the fact that I was at goal and entered Phase 4!
