I need ideas to keep from being really bored...I am really set to do the four phases and not mess up, but phase one is kinda limiting since I need to be on it for awhile.
What ideas have helped you?
I like the flavored calorie free waters, Propel being one of them. Has that stopped anyone's losses?
I hope not. I also discovered egg whites jazz up a salad and make the omlet alot more like real food.
