Question Looking for an answer quick!! Are we allowed..

Are we allowed eggs and turkey bacon for dinner for are 1 healthy meal of the day??? If so..how much? how much of each?

I think the phase 1 sheet says 2 eggs for your lean protein. If you did turkey bacon it probably counts towards the 5-8 oz of lean meat, but you have to be careful because it is usually not very lean (compared with chicken) and it is usually high sodium.

My coach told me no to the turkey bacon, even the Biggest Loser 20 calorie a slice kind. Too much sodium I believe. She just said bacon is not allowed.
