My coach said I could exercise at half the intensity/quantity as before starting the diet. Her reasoning is that it's really hard to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. She wants me to focus on the fat loss, then hit the workouts. I find I don't have the strength to do even moderate intensity workouts anyway. I get light headed. I've been doing a lot of walking, some golf and swimming but that's about it. That's great some of you are still able to work out to the levels you did before the diet. I bet you are losing faster than me!
