Talking Advice needed-having trouble eating no appetite

I am on week 10.
I am having trouble eating the required amount of food.
I am hungry when I wake up, but besides that I have zero appetite.
My scale is moving SLOWLY - but it has since I have started.

Should I use this supressed appetite to do four packets, veggies and salad?
I am already breaking up my supper or lunch protein into two meals, as I simply can't eat everything at once without feeling sick.

Anyone else have this happen?

Any advice or insight is appreciated.

i have had that happen before right around the same time. my coach recommended eating more carbs each day via one restricted and/or occasional veggies. it will help increase your appetite over time.

good luck!

I've been the same the last few days and I'm only in week 2. Yesterday I forced myself to eat a little more at lunch and was complaining the whole time so my husband asked, "Do you have to eat when you aren't hungry?" I didn't have an answer so I thought I'd ask on here. What if we eat less than the plan requires?

I am not 100% sure, but I do believe that we should not eat less than the program requirements. If I am not mistaken, that could stall your weight loss. Hopefully someone with more experience can jump in on this, but I am pretty sure this is what I heard.

Hello,

It happened to me on the second week on IP, I simply did not feel like I could eat what I was supposed to, and I was struggling to finish my plate (which is a first throughout all of my life), but then I started experiencing with new vegetables and by the forth week I was ok.

Hope this will help.

I deal with this on a daily basis. I had the lap band surgery 4 years ago, so I know that my body can't eat large amounts. I just try to pace my meals so I am able to get in my 3 packets plus protein and vegetables.
