I've been on IP for 10 days now and for some reason I've been having very vivid dreams. I wake up and they feel so real! Has anyone else experienced this during the diet or is it just coincidence???
I have! And I remember every detail. Most of the time I don't remember much from dreams. I woke at 4:44 the other morning and couldn't go back to sleep because I didn't want to "go back there".
Me too. I've just started the 3rd week and I still have them, just maybe not as vivid and weird as they were at the beginning. I wonder what's the connection..
Lol I don't know how they are related but we all seem to go through this. I had a week where I had the weirdest dreams that were totally vivid and I woke up exhausted from them. Gone now luckily but so strange we all seem to have it.
I dreamt the other night that I was at a carnival and playing the horse racing game. The speakers were right by my head and I was annoyed at the volume. But, since they were made of chocolate, I ate the speakers and won the race! I woke up feeling great because I had won $150,00.00 (I wish) but bad because I cheated. Go figure!
I actually really enjoy these types of dreams, because I really am in the moment in them, so I feel like I actually got to eat chocolate, but when I wake up, I know I didn`t cheat - makes me feel like I can have my cake and eat it too!

So far I have only ONE food dream and it was about Jelly beans...go figure. Hey ChynaKC....my family is from Kaplan, my brother is on IP and goes to a clinic in Lafayette. I am in Gulfport MS but come home quiet often! good to see a neighbor on here. I've been looking for people in the south and can't seem to find very many. Glad to have you aboard!

Nice too meet you too. Everyone I have seen on here has been from the north. I just started a new thread to see if there are any people from Mississippi and Louisiana and if there is maybe we could get together somewhere to hang out!
I wish I could sleep so I could dream, of course I am only 2 days in and I have a headache that is horrible. Can't sleep and feel nausous, can't wait for it to pass!

That is how i was for the first few days but it passes.
OMGosh! Yes! The dreams are just so vivid and unreal. It's like when I used to take a cough syrup with codine in it (which I don't do any more) -- the dreams are totally unreal.
