The other night I dreamed I ate a LARGE Chocolate blizzard from Dairy Queen... I woke up very upset with myself that I had at least 3 days before I started losing weight again and that darn headache. I yeld at my husband for letting me eat the blizzard... of course he started laughing. Then I realized it was only a dream. most likey something to do with the lack of carbs.
I have dreamed about food several times this week. The first dream I was on a hay ride and was surrounded by peanuts. And the other I was at the local hospital's cafeteria but when I sat down to eat I was at my daughters school cafeteria having a slab of ribs and baked beans. The funny thing is I really don't like ribs and beans.
I have been having food dreams this week as well. I had one where I was gorging on fried chicken. It was weird. Every other dream I had someone was cooking in it.
I have very vivid dreams too! I wake up every morning at 3 or 3.30 with a very strong urge to pee. All that extra water since starting IP. Each time I am waking up from a very vivid dream. I wonder if I always dream vividly but just did not remember the dreams before starting IP because I never had that early morning waking to got to the bathroom. Waking up at 3 seems to be waking me from my deepest and therefore dreamiest sleep! Anyone else waking up in the night now that you are on IP and you never did before? Could this explain our remembering our dreams?
Having those vivid dreams again. It has been quite awhile. This one was about a whole box of chocolate turtles it was like a scary dream because it woke me up. When I went back to sleep I dreamt about a pack of mini donuts. Glad it was all a dream!!!
I posted this in the daily forum earlier today, but I will here again:
I had 2 vivid dreams last night--one with strangers whose house I accidentally ended up in inviting me to a BBQ after I apoligized for being there, and the other about someone showing up at my door with a giant tub of potatoes and one of those giant subs. My answer to both people in my dreams was "sorry, I can't have that, I'm on a special diet."
it was like a scary dream because it woke me up. When I went back to sleep I dreamt about a pack of mini donuts. Glad it was all a dream!!!
