My weight this morning was 158.4. My goal is 12 lbs so it would be 146.4. In May, my husband took our dog in for her annual checkup. She weighted 147 lbs! I am so close to my goal of weighing less than our dog! She is a mastiff/bloodhound mix, so it is a big dog!
I weighed in this morning on home scale at 191.6. I would like to lose 15 for the month of June (really I would like to lose 20, but I am being realistic)!
July is here!!My weight is hovering on 175 this morning. I swore off bars and nuts last night after suffering three days of hunger onslaught.
I am starting anew and WILL STAY ON THE PROTOCOL to a tee.

I am joining the July Challenge also. I want to lose 12 pounds in July..around 3 lbs a week. My weigh in is 178 today. so my goal would be 166 by the end of July.
This is 4th of July Barbecue weekend. We are having guests tonight and cooking ribs. I plan to eat salad and a plain lean burger..My main temptation will be staying away from the wine!
Im in... I have a 25th class reunion coming up the first part of August and I would love to be out of the 150s.... since I just started, don't know if its possible, but if I don't make it, it won't be from lack of trying!
