Starting IP protocol using alternative shakes..nervous!
Wow.. i finally made it. Im just finishing the last of my ice cream that i will eat for a whole year probably and ive got my protein shakes (creamy chocolate and Banana flavour) Im curious to try them out.. With 25 grams of protein 110 calories and 0.1 grams of fat and 1 gram of carb.. i hope it tastes good..... I got the chocolate shake and bannana shake with the idea that maybe i can combine the two and make chocolate banana shake.. Im so nervous about starting..any tips?
Guess im nervous cause i have 113 pounds to lose..and ive failed on every diet out there..so im really hoping this will work for me..Cause im getting married next may and i want to walk down the isle without looking like Bridzilla! Any words of encouragement or wisdom??
Congrats on the upcoming wedding I am also getting married next year and looking forward to a much smaller wedding dress. Honestly this is the best diet I have ever been on. I've tried alot of things believe me. The first few days to a week aren't easy, we crave what we can't have and feel like we are denying ourselves but its so worth it and it gets so much easier. I've lost 45 pounds since march....lots more to go but for once I feel like I can really do it! and you can too
