Default pure apple cider vinager

Has anyone tried this? My coach today said that if I take 1-2tsp before each meal about 30 minutes this will help with my weight loss, I have started this since I got home but wondering if anyone else has tried and if it really does seem to make a difference?

I do recall having read about this in a weight loss article many months ago (not related to IP though), but did not find any kind of scientific reasoning for it.

It's not going to hurt you, so if you want to try it, I'd say 'why not?'. Apple cider vinegar is tasty...I use it with my EVOO and lemon juice on my lettuce every day. Also, I have had it diluted with water to drink and it's not too bad at all.

Let us know if you notice any change

I've heard this about vinegar as well. I'm not sure if it works, but I don't think it would hurt to try, but IP itself is sufficient enough for me regarding weightloss. I'd rather not drink vinegar by itself, even just a tsp or 2. Blegh!
