yes that is right - up to 5 packets a day the first week. My coach was adamant I was not to feel hungry. The other side effects are difficult enough to get through the first week (sugar withdrawl, headaches, lightheadedness, etc). Also an egg is only 100 calories and a very good sources of protein so not a bad option at all to help fill you up and give you something to nosh on. I felt better after about day 4. Try to commit to at least day 4 or 5 and re-evaluate. Good luck Laura!!
