Ok so this is a little TMI but I need some help, I am having problems having a BM every day, I am eating all the veggies, including romaine lettuce, broccolli... etc. I feel like I am not losing weight, even though the scale numbers are going down, I just don't feel it in my body!
Hi, I definitley hear you on this one. I was having the same issues so I picked up some Floralax from my coach. I has helped me go on a daily basis. I have also read that quite a few people on hear are using something called Calm and says it works. I know some health food stores carry it and you could order online. Good Luck!
My coach gave me floralax when I started and haven't had a problem yet. I have missed [having a BM] a day here and there, but they have kept me pretty regular.
Maybe try tracking your foods? I was surprised one day to see that though I'd been eating very healthy, I was getting very little fiber, which i think explained the change in my habits.
Thanks everyone! I picked up some colace to see if this will help, I will give it a week, if it doesn't I think I will look into that calm, I keep reading about it online here.
