I'm in Rockville. My clinic is in Gaithersburg. Two weeks down, 6.6 lbs gone and lots of inches! I'm looking forward to walking a bit (I have a fitbit) now that the weather is warming up.

Nice! Do you have any favorite DC or Silver Spring restaurants that are easy for IP? My book club members are spread between Baltimore and DC, so we meet down that way often. Could use some good options!

Copper Canyon in downtown Silver Spring has a great rotisserie chicken..I peel all of the skin off and get double broccoli as a side. Outback is also a good option..I love steak on this plan! Are you in Baltimore? I work in Towson!
