The those of you in the St. Mary's/Waldorf area... My mom is interested in going on IP but I looked up the locations, and the closest one seems to be near DC.... Does anyone know of a closer clinic?

all the carroll county IP friends we should plan an evening to meet at Giulianova on Main street Westminster (he makes IP foods) Let me know

well I've been going to his IP cooking classes, if nothing else, maybe we could get together at the next one...

but I could be game to meet up otherwise He would probably like a head's up though if a bunch of us are going to descend

I didn't know he had cooking classes. Where can I find info on them? Also, love the idea of getting together sometime.

I think at the Client in Westminster at the front desk is the infor... or I guess if you go there He would have infor...

Oh... Bill is an absolute sweetheart. He's been doing the protocol and lost over 100# in like 3 months... He has done all sorts of food work for a good while, so he takes just about any recipe and makes it IP friendly. He's even offered that if we have a recipe we need tweaked he'll try and do it for us

I've been to 2 classes (only started IP 5 weeks ago myself) and enjoyed them both. He pretty much gives you a recipe, and he makes 3 items and you get your dinner out of it

Classes have been $30 and have been on Thursday nights at the shop on Main Street. As long as he's not too busy to accommodate you can also drop in and pick up an IP lunch or dinner usually.

Carroll County here too! Millers to be exact! I go to Weigh 4 Life in Hampstead! Really like the girls there! I would definitely be interested in the cooking classes! P.S. Still laughing about the 2 people who love on the same street lol

That is funny about Turkeyfoot. I am very familiar with it. I grew up on Murkle Road in Silver Run/Union Mills. Went to Charles Carroll for elementary school. Spent my summers at Meadowview Pool and still go to church on Mayberry Road. Small world, isn't it?
