Hummus is a no-no. The only things that are allowed are zero-zero-zero products - 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 fat. Mustard is good.
I try to refrain from asking opinions of WF preferences because everyone's varies so greatly. The general consensus is, none seem to taste great on their own, but are good when mixed with things. I used the thousand island dressing yesterday and liked it.
