I'm new to this site and on my first week of IP. I need some help though. I'm getting the eating down but I do NOT like WF salad dressings. I can't eat the lettuce without salad dressing so I just haven't been eating it. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to my salad dressing problem since I do NOT like WF?

Thanks!
I can't stand the WF dressings either. I don't want to throw them away though, so I use them to marinate mushrooms before I put them on the grill. I add a splash of tobasco or Frank's hot sauce to it!
For dressing I have had to be creative since we do travel a lot and no one has cider vinegar at restaurants anymore, they all use red wine or balsamic. SO, I use my EVOO and dice a couple slices of lemon peel and all and mix it in my salad. Add a little lemon juice to the lettuce too. It is very fresh and clean. If you have any fresh basil or mint, chop that fine and put on top too.
Good luck.

I've actually talked to a coach since I posted this. She suggested using salad spritzers.. But I will give the EVOO and lemon a try too.
It's really easy to make your own, a little evoo, lemon juice or vinegar, minced garlic (I buy the refrigerated jars so I always have it on hand) and a little pepper is one I make a lot.
You can always switch it up with different spices to suit your taste and mood - italian seasoning, hot sauce, splenda...the list is endless. I have even used just plain lemon juice.
