for those of you who have asked for the pickling recipe, i would be more than happy to share. just tell me which thread is the appropriate place to put it.
Great job! Nice to have someone notice isn't it? Keep up the good work.

I appologize in advance to the men on this site - but I have something to ask the more experienced IP ladies on here - ready - okay - has anyone experienced significant breast tenderness/soreness on this diet? This is not a symtom that is normal to me - and my hunch is that it is related to the soy in the food - but just a guess.... sorry again boys! lol.

Well after months of not going to my IP coach, I have an appointment for tomorrow. They have been letting me buy my IP stuff and I've been ordering on line without weighing. I really like the accountability and the knowledge that I have to set my feet on the scale and someone else KNOWS my weight. It helps me rethink that "cheat".

Not personally - the only thing I have experienced is that my cycles have gotten more frequent & regular, so I've experienced breast tenderness more frequently due to that.

WI #2 today, I lost another 5 lbs bringing my total to 11 in two weeks! I was not expecting that! Even my scale at home was not that generous! I didn't lose much in the inches department, though. But next week hopefully it will happen.

Have a great evening everyone!

i made an oatmeal pancake today..much better than the cereal pancake in my opinion. i used the ip oatmeal, 1/4tsp baking powder, 1 egg white, 1/4tsp vanilla, 1-2 tbsp splena, 1oz milk, water as needed. yummy!

willbethin: i brag about my numbers right now, but i am embarrassed to say i have 75 lbs left to go. i leave that part out

have a great night everyone!

YES! I am getting breast tenderness along with my cycle for the first time ever. Honestly, I was worried I was pregnant at first! I have never experienced breast tenderness along with my cycle so I had no idea what that was about. I chock it up to the extra estrogen from the fat my body has been releasing.
Numbers are nobody's business but your own. I don't keep track of numbers honestly, they swim around in my head like fish, hard to keep track of. When people ask "How much weight have you lost" I would just say "almost all of it".
awesome answer!!!!!
