where did you notice the inches coming off?
Hi everyone!
I am curious to see where everyone first started to notice the inches melting away?
I haven't started IP yet, and it will be another month until I start. I will be on IP for 4 months before my wedding, and am really excited to know for once I will have my weight under control.
Please share your stories of how IP helped reshape your body.

They come off EVERYWHERE. Prior to my breast reduction surgery, I lost 12" off my bust, 14" off my waist, 8" off my hips, 6" off my thighs & 3" off my arms. Go read through the "What size are you now?" thread - it pretty much answers your question.
Check out my progress photos - the link is in my signature - the pictures are better than me telling you!

I first started noticing my arms getting smaller, then my legs... still working on my tummy & one more back roll, but I started out with a huge belly & 3 back rolls... Mrs D is right, it comes off everywhere, it's WONDERFUL!!!..

if you start in late march, you will probably be smaller than a 14-16 by then. i started at 18 and i am now a 14 and i am only on my 7th week. i don't seem to be losing any inches off my arms and legs yet, but i've lost 5 off my hips, and 4.5 off my waist.

Yes, you lose everywhere! The weight loss showed up in my face first and I am getting used to much smaller breasts. I had a breast reduction a number of years ago and thought there wouldn't be anymore to lose off there...I was wrong!
Pleased to also find my waist again, the smaller hips and got rid of the 'thunder' thighs!

I noticed in my waist and back first. I went from a 42 waist to a 30!! The last place to lose for me was in my arms, but my arms weren't big in the first place and I was lifting weights the whole time, so they really just got super toned! I lost a total of 30 inches by the time I started maintenance in June, but I believe it would be more if I went back and got measured now.
My new Avatar is cracking me up. I am 36 yrs old and still get my school picture taken! Benefits of working at an elementary school!

I have been doing the program for 7 weeks -- I am losing inches all over but the places where I need to loose the most inches are the places I have lost the least (waist/stomach/hips)-- the most noticeable loss so far are my collar bones, back, arms, thighs and calves .. still waiting to break up with my muffin top :-) -- You are going to LOVE this program (wish I would have known about it before my wedding...ha,ha,ha)

I've been OP for almost three weeks now and I have noticed the most in the butt and upper thigh. That is where my pants for gotten baggy. Not bad - its funny how much longer my pants have gotten too!!

I LOVE seeing my thinner face. No more double chin! I finally feel pretty again.
I read somewhere once the analogy of how we lose weight. It is like peeling an onion. You lose it everywhere one layer at a time. But the "thinner" areas will be where you see it first. I think of myself as an onion all the time now

Face, back, chest, legs. Wish my lower beller would pay attention. LOL.
Went from 54-44-55 to B37-W28.5-H41ish(I have a chunk of lower fat that isn't on my waist, but it's like a lower belly skin thing...it ends up going into my hip measurement..under the fat, it is 38.)

I am getting married on July 23 as well!
I noticed I lost a lot off my stomach and arms at first and my double chin! It took a while until I noticed some coming off my thighs, which is where I want it to come off the most!
