There could be a lot of people that disagree but my coach is okay with Hansen's soda in moderation. I have 1 every other day and have been losing great. I was a seriously over the top Diet Mt Dew addict so 1 pop every other day is a victory.

is anybody feeling the complete opposite of hungry lately? i seriously haven't wanted to eat anything for days. it feels like such a chore to force myself to eat 4 times a day. please tell me this goes away soon! i feel like all the pleasures in my life have gone away. cigarettes, alcohol, binge eating (now just eating in general!). but on the other hand, i feel amazing (when i'm not having to begrudgingly shove food down my throat)!!

1 tbsp splenda
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Prepare noodles as per package instructions and set aside

In a large bowl add ginger, low sodium soy sauce, 1/4 tsp olive oil. Add noodles and toss to coat evenly let sit in marinade.

In a large nonstick skillet or wok add 1/4 tsp olive oil heat over medium heat. Add garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and broccoli and stir fry 5 minutes. Transfer to noodle bowl, add low sodium chicken broth and splenda and toss to coat.

Sprinkle chicken evenly with sea salt and pepper on all sides. Add 1 1/2 tsp olive oil to the skillet or wok. Add chcken and stir fry 4 - 6 minutes or until golden browned. Stir in contents of noodle bowl mixture and toss to mix. Increase heat to boil off liquid and cook 3 - 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Toss to mix, check for seasoning and serve.

I just tried your recipe and it was just awesome! I didn't feel like broccoli so I added some green onions and celery. After doing so much reading about the noodles, my expectations were not high but was I surprised!! The whole dish was so delicious. BH tasted it and loved it also. Thank you!
Your welcome, glad you enjoyed it.

try some sparkling water with the sugar-free torani or WF syrup of your choice over ice...black cherry? lemon lime? hazlenut/chocolate? way good!

Bamboo shoots, raw, one cup: 41 calories; 3.93 protein; .45 lipid; 7.85 carbo; 3.3 fiber; 4.53 sugar; 5 Ma; 805 K (WOW); 6 sodium. (151 g)

I have trouble swallowing pills and my son put me on to natural flavored Vitamin C (lemon) and multi-vitamin (orange) that are fizzy and delicious. The German site is omnivit-info.de (0800-3485-433), just on the chance that they might distribute in the states.

I've been using Stevita Sticks. My coach had never heard of them, but there are no calories, no carbs, no sodium, etc. I've been drinking them for about 3 days (a few a day-helps the water go down better), and haven't had any adverse effects. They are also VERY good!

As far as Bamboo shoots go-that one I don't know about. Sorry.
