Default End of week three-one happy girl

I am nearing the end of week three and had my third weigh in....12 pounds lost and 12 inches!! Hooray!! Average weight loss is still 4 pounds a week!

I am going to have to get a little more creative with my meals because they are getting a little boring. Other then that I couldn't be happier!! Bikini body confident here I come!!

Oh and she said I can go ahead and start back on my cardio.

That's awesome! Congratulations on a great loss. You'll look smashing in that bikini in no time!

Did your coach advise you to have an extra packet when you do cardio? It's important so you don't burn muscle, since we're on such a low-cal, low-carb, low-fat. Be careful and take care of yourself.

Thank you very much. I'm super excited about it! She did not mention having an extra pack but suggested that I go at about half of what I normally did to see how I feel. She said to take it slow. Maybe that would be a good time to have my snack/bedtime pack then have dinner after my workout.
