I don't figure it out normally, but I had all the lbs lost, lbs to go stuff with the weeks already charted at home. My end goal is still pretty high so I'm not seeing the close to end big slow-down so many people have. Anyway averages I calculated by 10 week increments:
First 10 weeks averaged 5.47 (had 105 lbs to loose as of week 10)
From week 11 thru 20 average 3.8 lbs (had 68 lbs to loose as of week 20)
From week 21 thru 30 average 2.78 lbs (had 40 lbs to go as of week 30)
and these last 8 weeks averaging 2.75
Restart 6/3/14 using alternative brands

In 9 weeks I lost 29 lbs.
However, I have had cheats and was ill for 9 days.
So that is an average of 3,2 lbs per week.
I am very pleased with that considering the cheats and illness, however, I plan to be more diligent as summer is quickly approaching.
I think one has to keep in mind that every negative number is a positive one!
I took a week off for a family vacation (cruise ship - tough to stay on P1 there) so for the time I've been officially on IP I would be 5lbs/wk apprx.
This week has been tough so I thing the average is gonna dip. Like an earlier poster said, everyone is different. The great thing about the IP protocol is it works...could take shorter or longer...but it works!!
