If the IP foods tasted this bad, would anyone actually do this diet??? What would the success rate look like?? I give a lot of credit to those of you that are using the WF products.
I totally agree...except I think the 1000 Island dressing is also horrible. Big mac in a bowl was pretty grosso to me. I haven't yet been able to bring myself to toss the WF products, though (they are slowly making their way to the back of the fridge where they will hunker down for a while, I'm sure) but I feel like when I am eating them, I'm eating chemicals that are horrible for me. If IP food tasted like this, I would have bailed.

Love
barbeque sauce
balsamic vinaigrette
rasberry vinaigrette
honey dijon

Like
caesar dressing - nothing like the real thing, but tasty
strawberry fruit spread - a little too sweet, could use more strawberry taste

Wouldn't buy again
stawberry syrup - too sweet, doesn't taste like strawberry
cream bacon - too thick and chunky

i have the mayo but havent tasted it yet

Spicy BBQ: good, my bf who's not on the diet loves it
Marshmallow dip: tastes too diety
Chocolate dip: same as marshmallow
Carmel dip: same as chocolate
Pancake syrup: decent but mediocre
Peanut butter: *squinty face* my mom threw it out right after tasting it

*NOTE*: my new coach suggested adding apple cider vinegar to take the edge off the diet flavor. I tried it and it seems to help, I recommend letting it settle in the fridge for a while before eating

i so dislike the GLOB texture!!!

marshmallow dip is better if thinned out with some milk, or eas vanilla.
or even with added flavorings, like vanilla, orange extract, pumpkin pie spice, lemon, etc...

chocolate dip is much better if thinner with milk or eas chocolate or even better, thinned with cold coffee, if you like coffee, for a mocha syrup

caramel dip if pretty good when thinned with eas vanilla and some vanilla extract!! also good if thinned with a little WF maple syrup

i like the pancake syrup like it is, but it is sweet....so often thin it with a little water

have not tried the peanut butter!!

Has anyone tried the mayo yet? I would love to make a chicken salad or tuna salad as a lunch and put it in a lettuce wrap. But since we can't use regular mayo or avocado, I was wondering how the mayo would taste?

I bought two bottles of WF dressings my first day because my boss's sister in law said her and her husband used them during their IP phase 1 and continue to use them. She said the ranch was yummy, but she liked the blue cheese.
So I bought the blue cheese, which stays at work and I brought the raspberry vinaigrette to stay at home. BOTH ARE AMAZING! You can tell that it's healthy, lol, which means it's not as good as the originals, but I load my cucumbers or broccoli with them everyday and I never used to eat raw broccoli before.

But, I'm dying to know about the mayo.
