How is it possible that Chipolte Ranch has 0 Calories, 0 Sugar, 0 fat and 0 carbs? does this seem possible to anyone?? It taste good compared to some others. I find myself using a bit more that 2 tbsp because of all of the 0's.

Best prices I've found for both WF and Miracle Noodles is www.netrition.com where shipping to continental US is always $4.95.

That and the Bacon ranch are the only two I'm still using now on Phase 4, I was ok with the plain BBQ sauce as well.

I made this for supper tonight and the whole family liked it! I modified a tad and added 2 cups shredded zucchini as filler. It was quite yummy. Put WF BBQ sauce on top near the end. Thanks for the recipe!

Try the apple butter on plain melba toast! It's actually really good! The bacon ranch dressing is horrible. The marshmallow fluff dip is pretty good.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that you really need to stick to the serving size...I too was using a little extra because of the 000 and my coach said that will lead to extra carbs... maybe because there are trace amounts that when you exceed the serving size you actually get some carbs...
