I also have 7lbs to goal and although it is shy of the 90% total loss, I switched to phase 2 yesterday. I also am taking a few weeks off from the gym as it has slowed my loss. They say changing things up a bit can make your body react....hopefully for us...it will be in the losing department! Good luck
