Thanks. I would like to try some of the others first, Italian, BBQ, catsup and maybe a few others. I should probably just come down and go to whole foods. There is another place here in town that I want to check first.
How did you know who this was? LOL!

From reading your posts, it had to be you and then I went on a guess with that last quote. Either you'd know what I meant or think I was crazy.
I really like the BBQ sauce. I can't stand the alfredo or most of the dressings though. Like the choc syrup if I mix it in my choc drink or on top of one of the crepe/muffin packages.

Back from WI#2 and I lost 3.9 lbs with a total of 9.2 lbs in 2 weeks! I am really happy with that since I was thinking if this is anything like the Biggest Loser, usually the lbs down in the second week are fairly low!
I haven't been out in these past 2 weeks so I haven't had to deal with temptations, but tonight we are going out for supper at Boston Pizza. I am thinking just a chicken breast or steak with salad and no dressing, or steamed veggies if they have veggies I can have... any other ideas out there?
Keep up the great work guys and gals!!

The swap shop idea would be good. I now have 2 bottles that will not get used I am sure. I figured the homemade one could be left out.
Has anyone tried the WF catsup or WF BBQ sauce?

I have tried the original BBQ sauce and I really like it. I have used it as a marinade for pork and chicken. It helps to change it up a bit

Wow! I think I will just jump in and forget about the catching up Long story short I gained 30lbs after leaving IP. Old habits and addictions got the best of me. With this being said I am tired of it and hopefully this go around will be the last. I was not going to come back to 3FC but there is no other support like the support here. So here I am and I need help. Day one is going good

We've tried both and really like them when used in roasting or grilling. Not so crazy about them when added after cooking unless we mix in extra spices (Mrs. Dash, achiote, Greek seasoning, etc.)
As for leaving your dressing out. Yes, you can. I would suggest you cover it with something, but since all ingredients aren't refrigerated before mixing, you don't need to do it after mixing. I have a tupperware container of dressing in my lunchbox that stays there until it's empty and I have to wash it and fill it again.

You could try a hamburger without a bun, with a side salad. I have had the oven roasted hot wings a few times while on the diet, but don't know if I would recommend that much fat in week two...
