Default Weekly Food Diary sheet...

I am ready to get back-on-track after the holidays and would benefit from recording EVERYTHING for a few weeks. Does anyone have a copy of the Weekly Food Diary that could be scanned and posted or is it already posted somewhere on the forum????

Thanks, this weekly one helps me keeping on track better, because I can see everything on same sheet.

You're very welcome, I'm glad it's come in handy for so many! I created it for my chiropractor's office because I hated the one they were giving me.
