I enter everything daily using a Calorie Counter app on my iPad iPhone (by Fatsecret.com). I am able to send this to my coach weekly and it has given me a better concept of the nutritional value if my food. I plan to continue this in maintenance.
There are a bunch of apps for the phone My Fitness Pal is available online and as mobile apps. A bunch of us use that. It can be printed out for the coach but I just sent mine a link to my diary. She was fine with that (I'd been on IP for about 8 weeks then)
