Congratulations! That's a good LDL reading for sure. Your HDL is low, but I'd bet your vitamin D is low. Both are easily fixed with vitamin D3 supplementation. Most modern-day Canadians are vitamin D3 deficient because we get so little sun and we eat little or no organ meat.
If you want to convert your HDL, LDL, & total to the "American" measurements (mg/dL), multiply the cholesterol levels in mmol/L by 38.66. So your levels are
HDL: 19 mg/dL (optimal is between 40 and 95 mg/dL)
LDL: 116 mg/dL (optimal is below 150 mg/dL)
