I would like to join the challange... but I am not starting IP until January 3. Is that okay? I guess I will just have to work extra hard at it since I will be behind one week!
I am excited about starting but want to get New Years out of the way first!

I am in for the challenge, It is always a good motivator.
I go for my weigh in tomorrow so I will find out my offical WI, the gym says 199-200 so I will see tomorrow. If it holds true then I would have met my New Years challenge.

Had a rough holiday and lost a bit of ground so this challenge is what I need to get me back on track. I leave for Mexico on the 26th so I'll be without a scale for about 19 days and we get back on the evening of the 15th so my final weigh in will be on the 16th.
