Thanks everyone...I was so embarassed by my pictures from August that I couldn't put my before up until now. I didn't realize how distorted my face had gotten or how big my gut was....wow can we turn a blind eye or what. I hope to drop another 30 by my cruise in February.:carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:

I am so happy for you. When reading all of your posts, you sound so committed to IP. The great aspect of IP is that if you work it, it works! Not too many things in life guarantee you that!
