Sooooooooooooo I wanted to share a few pictures of my progress. I am beyond disgusted of how I look but OH WELL this is why I am on Ideal Protein and am making the necessary changes to better my appearance and inner self

Congratulations on your loss, AvaLynn;It's inspiring! My goal is healthy pregnancy as well and I hope to be at my goal weight and pregnant by next fall. I'm cheering for you!

Thank you everyone for the comments... put it this way I went from 5X to 2/3 it differs in brand of clothing and I went from 28 Jean to 24 so I am loving it so far. Like I tell myself this diet isn't forever I will eat normal food again one day haha but it is teaching me the necessary changes I need to make in my life to keep the weight off forever to live happy & healthy
