I've been on IP 8weeks. No slip ups no cheats other than on two special occasions i drank some red wine. Today I went on a long 45 minute walk, relaxing and painting my nails. I decided I would splurge and drink one of the Diet Hansen sodas I bought my husband ( I haven't had any Diet soda's since I started) since he usually goes through them fast but for some reason he hadn't touched them yet. Drank my soda and an hour later I looked at the can and read "real cane Sugar" I gasped and looked at the back and saw that I grabbed regular instead of the stupid Diet at Trader joes! Well I got on my elliptical and did about 30 minutes of light exercise hoping I can burn of some of these carbs. Help me! The last thing I want to do is go back into waiting 3 days to go into ketosis right before Thanksgiving. Any idea how many days I might be set back. I'm hoping just a day or two before I go into ketosis again. I'm also mad I waisted 35 grams of carbs on a soda when I don't even care for regular soda that much.
I have no idea how many days it might set you back (if it does). I believe that Carla (showgirlaz) has mentioned that any diet under 100 g of daily carbs is a ketogenic diet, so you might be okay. My advice would just be to bootcamp it for the next few days.
