newbie wit a quick recipie
Ok day two and I am starving. so maybe everything tastes good?
But here is what I mixed up tonight: And its good!!
in pan add
1 tsp cocunut oil
alotted amount of shrimp, I used precooked..
steamed brocolie and cauliflower
hand full of salad mix
dash of seasalt
1/2 cup of chicken stock
and about 2 tbs of walden farms alfredo sauce.
cooked till every thing was perfect.
Kinda a vegi shrimp soup!
