Hey, Journeysend. Based on my weigh-in schedules I'm a little off from Monday weigh-ins, I just got weighed yesterday, so I'll use that for this coming Monday's weight and last week's weigh-in for this past Monday. Good luck to everybody!

Oops, I just realised that I signed myself up on the spreadsheet but not on here - not too sure what I am meant to do on here. The other thing I realised is that you are in the IPD section, I just came across this by hitting "new posts", I am not on IPD - can I still join?

Presumably you mean the "ticker" that is under many people's posts, including mine? Click "User CP" near the top left of the page, then "edit signature". If you are new then this option may not be there yet, keep checking back as it takes at least 20 days and 20 posts before you are allowed that option. Next click on the ticker line that you can see on this page and follow the step by step instructions to input your weight, choose a line, choose a symbol, then you copy the text that says "use this text on 3FC forum" (or similar!) and go back to "User CP > edit signature" and paste that text into the box. When you press "preview signature" you should see the ticker you chose. If it does not start appearing in your posts after that you will need to check that you have selected the "show signature" checkbox - there is one on each post and there is one that you can edit in "User CP" to check that you'd like your signature on every post.
