as for me, working the plan and reading, as all of your posts remind me of different things. Time well spent with my IP friends. I spent a good chunk of time away from home yesterday, but was prepared and kept on protocol. Have to do the same today, but if I go with my plan on what to eat and drink my water, I'm good.
