How would you rate (or interpret) this chocolate bar as a possible Phase IV low-carb staple:

I don't really understand the 16 g. carbs/ 14g. fiber reference. Do you subtract the fiber from the carbs and get a net carb of 2g?
It's from Netrition, which also sells the Maple Grove pancakes and the whey protein powder that lots of people like, so I was considering it.
I love chocolate but don't want to go down the carb/craving slippery slope once I reach goal.
